Wakefield Quin advises Gencom on its acquisition of Tuckers Point Hotel and Spa

Wakefield Quin represented Gencom Real Estate Services Corporation in its acquisition of Tuckers Point Hotel and Spa, which is a premier multi-purpose facility that includes a real estate development operation and one of Bermuda’s leading golf courses.

The Wakefield Quin team, acting as Bermuda legal counsel, was led by Ian Stone  and Michelle Stone, with the assistance of Johann Oosthuizen, Jemima Fearnside and Katrina Dickson, which worked alongside Berger Singerman LLP’s Miami office, acting as US legal counsel to Gencom.

Wakefield Quin continues to advise Gencom as they proceed to renovate the resort and dispose of its development lots.
