Williams v The Bermuda Hospital Board

Wakefield Quin Limited successfully represented the plaintiff who had sued the defendant in the Supreme Court for negligence in failing to promptly diagnose his medical condition. The plaintiff successfully resisted the defendant’s appeal to the Court of Appeal.  The Court of Appeal substantially increasing the sum of damages awarded.
